Who am I?

I’m Podge Thomas, founder of Small Business Co-Pilot and a Humanistic Operations Designer.

I’ve been a Notion consultant since 2022 and a Notion user since 2020.

I found Notion because I needed an operational home for my business but I stayed with Notion because its almost infinite customization allows me to create operations and systems that make sense to my neurodivergent brain.

Many of my clients are also neurodivergent and so I can build an operational hub for their business that makes sense for them, all the while, centering the experience of their teams by optimizing for navigability.

What can I expect when I order?

After you check out, you'll receive a link to the Notion page, from there you are going to want to navigate to the top right and 'duplicate' and it will automatically be duplicated to your Notion account. If you haven’t previously set one up, you’ll be prompted to do so.

Do I need to buy a Notion account?

You will need to sign up for Notion but if you’re not ready to go all-in then Notion’s free version includes Notion’s full functionality which is more than enough to use the Networking That Pays Notion dashboard.

Is it really work $47?

By investing $47 you’ll be able to begin your annual strategic planning right away. And because Notion’s power is in its connectivity, this dashboard will support any changes and updates you'll make to your objectives and key results throughout the year

I’m completely new to Notion, is this dashboard for me?

This dashboard uses the relation and rollup properties in Notion. If you're comfortable with these properties then this is for you.

Is this dashboard going to work for my brain?

Because Notion can be customized, you can reformat the database views in this Notion dashboard so you're looking at the information in a way that makes the most sense for your brain, reducing fatigue and overwhelm.
