Overview

The purpose of mapping your offers is about understanding and refining your services, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful, valuable, and aligned with both the service provider and the customer’s needs.

Creating an offer map is a journey of exploration, understanding, and connection. It's about seeing the service through the eyes of the consumers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and crafting offerings that truly resonate. By making this clear, curious, and approachable, the process becomes not just designing a service; it builds lasting, valued relationships with clients.

What’s included?

Who are we?

Podge Thomas

I’m Podge Thomas, I’m an Operations Designer, the Founder of Small Business Co-Pilot and a Notion creator + consultant.

At Small Business Co-Pilot, we recognise that the psychological effects of harmful workplace cultures are rooted in colonisation and capitalism and that we must closely examine and question the so-called standard practices of business operations in order to re-design better systems.

To challenge these systems, we work with forward-thinking women and non-binary business owners to decolonise the workplace by providing human-first operations solutions.

I’ve been a Notion consultant since 2022 and a Notion user since 2020.

I found Notion because I needed an operational home for my business but I stayed with Notion because its almost infinite customization allows me to create operations and systems that make sense to my neurodivergent brain.

Many of my clients are also neurodivergent and so I can build an operational hub for their business that makes sense for them, all the while, centering the experience of their teams by optimizing for navigability.

Lysa Greer

As a business strategist and service designer, my mission is to empower small businesses and service providers to bring their business visions to life through offer optimization, innovative ideation, technical solutions, and relationship-focused marketing. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between the broader strategic vision and its successful implementation.

With more than two decades of experience collaborating with diverse businesses, my approach draws upon a rich background encompassing broadcasting, interactive media, and print media. I infuse this extensive knowledge into every project I undertake, driven by the unwavering commitment to craft experiences that hold true value for both businesses and their clients.

FAQs

What can I expect when I order?

After you check out, you'll receive a link to the Notion page. You won't be able to duplicate the main page so be sure to duplicate the dashboard template by going to the top right and 'duplicate'. This will automatically duplicate the template to your Notion account. If you haven’t previously set one up, you’ll be prompted to do so.

Do I need to buy a Notion account?

You will need to sign up for Notion but if you’re not ready to go all-in then Notion’s free version includes Notion’s full functionality which is more than enough to use this template.

I’m completely new to Notion, is this dashboard for me?

This template does use databases and relation properties however, the tutorial will help you navigate the template, especially if you’re brand new to Notion.
